Tina is a graduate of Coach U's advanced coaching program and licensed by Corporate Coach U to lead and facilitate The Coaching Clinic CC. Tina also a graduate of McGill University where she studied Psychology and Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing her MA in Leadership at Royal Roads University.  A trained outplacement consultant, Tina supports employers in the transition of restructured employees.

Tina is also a member of The Retreat Coach Network and is currently pursuing her Certification as a Retreat Coach with Mountain Coaching in Colorado.  Tina is licensed by Corporate Coach U to lead and facilitate The Coaching Clinic CC and The Coaching Conversation Workshop. Tina is also certified on the Hogan Assessment tool and uses 360 feedback and engagement surveys with her clients.

Tina's Business is catered as easily to the emerging business leaders, small business owners, and entrepreneurs.  She also supports businesses through difficult turnarounds, team-effectiveness workshops and team-building retreats.  Tina was instrumental in creating a coaching culture, introducing mentoring and development planning programs in organizations. Tina's clients are located in Canada and the USA including: Alcan Packaging, Niagara-on-the-lake Culinary School, Bartley Immigration Consulting, Optimus Performance, Raven Strategic, Optival Planification Strategique Inc., The Distillery Restaurants Corporation, Edward Jones, Walker Industries, ILAC, Brodi and extensive other entrepreneurs. 

Tina coaches young High Potential Entrepreneurs and Emerging Business Leaders including Directors of Operations, Plant Managers, Sales Managers, Actors and Celebrity Chefs.  Tina's one-on-one coaching business focuses on a small scale of carefully selected rising stars.    

Prior to Coaching, Tina was in Human Resources Management and Business Operations roles where she focused her efforts on business start-ups and turnarounds and managed multiple projects.  With over twenty years working in multinationals and matrix organizations with frontline business experience in Human Resource Management, Coaching, Mentoring and Business Operations,  she bring a wealth of business knowledge from the Retail, Banking, Insurance, Entertainment, Hospitality and Manufacturing Industries where she held senior leadership positions in Customer Service, Training, Quality Assurance, Casino Services, Human Resources and Executive Coaching.
