What I do as a Coach?

I provide a confidential, safe, non-judgmental environment where you are able to explore where you are and where you really want to be. I focus on getting to know you and understanding the challenges you face and the aspirations you hold for your life.  I use self assessments, checklists, programs, resources, success principles and coaching models. I am by your side the entire journey to help you evolve.

I coach High Profile Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders including Actors and Celebrity Chefs.  In my one-on-one coaching business, I choose to focus on a small number of carefully selected rising stars.
